Planning a Glastonbury visit
Glastonbury visits are set up once we know the address and what you've noticed. Glastonbury has about 35,503 residents (2025 estimate). A short description of the system and the problem is enough to plan the visit. When the schedule allows, a visit can happen the same day.

How the visit works
Worn gaskets and glass on inserts and gas units waste heat and can leak exhaust. A damaged smoke chamber is a common cause of smoke spilling into the room.

Carbon monoxide
A blocked or damaged flue can push carbon monoxide into the home. If an alarm sounds or anyone feels dizzy or sick near the fireplace, get everyone outside and call 911.
