How to reach us

From first call to finished work

  1. Call any time

Phones are answered 24 hours a day, Sunday through Friday. Tell us what you're seeing, hearing or smelling, and what kind of fireplace, stove or dryer you have.

  2. Free estimate

We look at the problem in person and explain what we found and what it would take to fix. Estimates are free.

  3. Scheduling

We book the work at a time that suits you. Same-day service is available when the schedule allows.

Urgent problems

We accept emergency calls. Water pouring in, a damper stuck open in cold weather, an animal trapped in the flue, or storm damage to the chimney are all reasons to call now rather than wait. For details, see our page on emergency chimney repair. If you suspect a chimney fire or smell gas, get out of the house and call 911 first.
